Detailed description

Rebar anchoring, also known as rebar planting, is a connection technique used in seismic reinforcement of building structures. It involves post-installing steel bars into existing concrete structures and utilizing the gripping force generated by structural adhesives to achieve a secure bond. This method is the optimal choice for structural rebar anchoring and heavy-load fastening applications. Chemical rebar anchoring refers to the process of drilling holes in substrates such as concrete, masonry, or rock, then injecting high-strength rebar anchoring adhesive—note that high-strength architectural rebar adhesives are broadly categorized into two types: injection-type adhesives and cartridge-type adhesives. After inserting the rebar or profile, once the adhesive has cured, the rebar becomes firmly bonded to the substrate, making this technique one of the most commonly used construction methods in the reinforcement and strengthening industry.
